2. Sit up straight
Sit up straight and get the right posture to be sure that you will have some things that are going that will help you relax. You need to be in a place where you be safe if you start to nod off.
3. How long will it last?
You have to figure out how long you should go under because you need to have a good idea of how you are going to cope with this. You can go under for just ten minutes, or you can do something that is a lot simpler and will make you feel good. You do not want to go too far if you think that you cannot handle it.
4. Stare straight ahead
You have to stare straight ahead to make sure that you can focus on the point that is ahead of you. You should check on the things that make you relax, and you will be able to keep that focus for as long as you are in the chair or in the bed. 5. Deep breaths
The deep breaths that you are taking are going to help you go to your happy place. You should be sure that you have taken deep breaths to get back to reality. 6. Close your eyes

7. Walk down the steps

8. Find your happy place
You can stay in ther happy place a slong as you want because it could be the beach or some other place that will make you feel better.
9. Count backwards five to one
You need to count backwards from five to one to get yourself out of the hypnotized state. You have to think about it before you get out.
10. Take a moment to recover
You have to recover after you are done because you could have used up a lot of things that you are going to go through that you might have remembered the way that you feel. You have to be sure that you are going to get back from the hypnosis so that you can feel much better than you did when you started out.
