Exactly an hour ago, the newest upgrade for WordPress has just been announced at WordPress.org. It’s version 2.0.4 and is says to have fixes for over 50 bugs which is probably the result of the July 4 bug hunt. Wished I could’ve joined the bug hunt but I’m just not cut out for it, it’s a realm only for the hardcore techies out there.
Still, you can download the latest upgrade at the WordPress site via this link. A reminder is that this is a security release so it’s smart to spread the word and alert everyone who’s running WP and keep the blogging world safe and secure.

Lets you upload just the changed files. I upgraded from 2.02 to 2.03 and 2.03 to 2.04 this way. FTP is waay too slow.
i updated and I run a load of plugins No glitches and this update does not touch the database either.
