While math is indeed an interesting subject/discipline, I hold the view that it is faith that underlies such belief that math does help in appreciating life.

But the 'intelligent design of life'? I beg to disagree.

The truth is I used to hate math very much because it was my major weakness and only a few Math teachers understood that their students were weak at it. Even a good Math teacher became my enemy because I hated the subject. The thing is, it wasn't until later I found out that in studying those hard Math subjects such as geometry and trigonometry one can appreciate the intelligent design of life, and that Math teaches directly and indirectly that life was no accident with one step after the other in an equation. For example, it's no coincidence that the properties of trigonometric equations are taught that way meaning God didn't just think things out of random.
