It’s the latest craze by Pinoys on YouTube and these two hilarious guys just made it into stardom as regulars in the legendary comedy show “Bubble Gang” in GMA 7: Moymoypalaboy.

Here’s their version of the title song from the that all-time Pinoy favorite tele-novela “Marimar”

Call these guys idiots or whatever, but for most, they’re comical geniuses that could give Filipino Comedy star Michael V aka Bitoy a run for his money. Watch more of their videos here.

I blame these two Chinese boys for starting all this back in 2006 when they posted on YouTube their spoof of that Backstreet Boys hit-single “I Want it That Way.” Or I could be wrong, then again, this creativity would’ve never been noticed at such a grand scale if were not for YouTube.

The last time I played Warcraft was last week. The last time I saw, rather, watched Mr T was a few minutes ago when a friend of mine e-mailed me a link to a YouTube video about the two.

Yes, you read it right, Mr T and Wacraft. Fans and avid gamers would get a good laugh out of this one. Remember this line:

“Well, maybe Mr. T hacked the game and created a Mohawk class. Maybe Mr. T is pretty handy with computers. Had that occurred to you Mr. Condescending Director?”

If Mr T can hack Warcraft, I wonder what Chuck Norris would do if he gets his hands on Halo 4 or Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare?

This video feature has been long overdue by a month. Every since I bought their CD three weeks since, Silent Sanctuary’s songs have been competing with Callalily’s and Eraserheads’ for playtime in my mp3 player.

Yes, this LSS has been with me since I first listened their single “Ikaw Lamang” more than a month ago on the radio. Most people I know found it a bit hesitant to like or even listen to Silent Sanctuary’s songs mainly because of the violin. Pinoys aren’t just fans of classical instruments. They often think of bands that combine the electric guitar and drums with the violin or cello as weird or “baduy.”

Silent Sanctuary’s continuing rise to popularity in the airwaves and hit charts today prove that times do change along with listeners’ preferences. I must say that if you’re not much of a violin fan, you probably got hooked to their music because of the simple yet powerful lyrics that reminds us of Parokya ni Edgar, Sugarfree and the legendary Eraserheads - words that are street-smart, honest, “makulit”, driven by experiences that either broke, pinch or causes the heart to burst because of love and relationships.

While I struggle to keep things cool in my room this hot humid day, there’s a note on my white-board about the ideas I decided to blog about.

The second item in the list proved to be the most relevant in today’s weather conditions so I decided to visit YouTube.com and searched for a video on global warming. I then found the video below:

Will Ferrel is one of my favorite Hollywood actors and I’m a fan of his work. He may not look a lot like Bush but he sure did accurately portrayed the dim-witted war monger and his views on global warming in this parody. This is an instant classic.

Oh goodie, here’s another one.

A note about the message at the end of the video, you may or may not jive with them, but I sure hope you enjoyed Will Ferrel. hahahaha

I’m back! After a week-long of being absent from the blogosphere I return with one of the first updates to The Four-eyed Journal. Here below is the video and the lyrics of one my most favorite songs of this year; ‘Magbalik’ by Callalily. Every single day, whenever I travel to and from school, Callaliy’s songs play continuously in my mp3 player. Talk about a major case of LSS right?

‘Magbalik’ is one great song. Powerful lyrics, great guitar works and riveting drum-line to match, then top if off with Kean’s cool vocals, this song is for everyone who believes in love, be it broken, kept alive, hopeful and any other shade of it. I’ve been waiting for its music video to come out and now that it does, it justifies to keep an eye on it on MTV, MYX, on YouTube, Multiply and Friendster accounts of other Callalistas out there.

To be honest though, I expected a lot more about the video being something mushy and a bit serious to match the emotional charge of the song, but this one is well, kinda waters down that potential. Still, this video does the song some justice. Again we thank Rouge Carey for making this video available on the www via YouTube.
