The new school year will officially start for us Lasallians in Cavite next week so I’m starting to prepare myself for a productive school year or the first semester to say the least.
My class schedule this 1st semester is one of my lightest ever! With my classes ending a few hours before lunch time leaving me with over 6 hours of free time at school. However, that free time would easily be eaten up by my extra-curricular and off-campus work, engagements and advocacies. Managing all these would be done with my new Four-eyed notebook.
And for me to really get things done, I need a mobile internet connection to do my research, keep in touch with contacts and of course blog like I’ve never blogged before.
Even before I actually bought my new notebook, I was already contemplating on which mobile internet connection service I would use: my 3G enabled Sony Ericsson K800i (either with Smart or Globe), SmartBro Prepaid or Globe Visibility. The paid Wi-Fi services that DLSU-D offers wasn’t included in my list because even though it would the most convenient way, it came at the price of having limited internet access because of the university’s firewall and content filtering system. The weird case in which my Gmail-powered domain-based email was blocked was more than enough to make sure of this.
Using my K800i as a modem is out of the question because I don’t want my surfing sessions to be interrupted by calls and I use it to keep some notes, take photos on the go and record meetings. Plus, grime, dust and fungi(?) have begun to grow on my phone’s port making it
Now I’m left with two options: SmartBro Prepaid or Globe Visibility?
SmartBro Prepaid is my strongest contender since around here in Dasmarinas (where I go to school hence spend 80% of my waking time) and my hometown of Silang, Cavite, SmartBro has been getting good reviews from my neighbors and friends who use the service. Well most of them. Plus the fact that it is a prepaid service means I only pay whenever I access the net which will help keep my expenses more manageable. Hopefully.
Here are the rates and time allocations for Smart Bro Prepaid:

On the other hand, I still consider signing up for Globe Visibility since I am already a Globe Broadband subscriber and that it will entitle me to some discounts for Globe Visibility plus the convenience of having a single bill to horrify me every month.
Sir Abe has a breakdown of the new rates and hour allocations of each Globe Visibility Plan:
GV Plan 799
Php 799 per month (MSF)
Php1,000 one-time setup fee
40 hours free surfing time (effective rate Php20/hour)
Php0.50 per minute excess hours (effective Php30/hour)
2 hours/month Free WiFi on all WiZ hotspotsGV Plan 999
Php 999 per month (MSF)
Php1,000 one-time setup fee
60 hours free surfing time (effective rate Php16.65/hour)
Php0.50 per minute excess hours (effective Php30/hour)
3 hours/month Free WiFi on all WiZ hotspotsGV Plan 1,499
Php 1,499 per month (MSF)
Php1,000 one-time setup fee
100 hours free surfing time (effective rate Php20/hour)
Php0.50 per minute excess hours (effective Php15/hour)
So which one should I go for? Any advice on this one would be hot. ![]()

WeRoam is too expensive. I’ve read one too many negative comments about Smart Bro Prepaid. Meanwhile Globe Visibility launched its new Prepaid kits for the same price as Smart Bro Prepaid. P4,500 for the Huahuei E220 USB Modem dongle type. I’m inclined to subscribe with Visibility Prepaid, but I need feedbacks too. I think I’ll let time decide on that before actually subscribing. 4500 is a big amount to risk.

It will all depend on your location, since SmartBro has a better signal than Visibility, then go for Smart. You wouldn’t risk buying a product/service with lesser feedback, especially on your own location.

im using smart bro (in manila) prepaid and it is pretty fast. as long as u use the umts setting (which selects 3G signals only) coz otherwise if it’s the gprs or edge, it’s pretty slow. even with 2 bars of 3G signals i could surf email chat etc but most of the time i get 3 bars of 3G signals.
i have yet to read how fast the globe visibility prepaid is, from other bloggers.

Hi,
I am writing to this forum, to inform you of the possible HEAD ACHE that you may encounter if you avail SMART BRO PRE PAID.
You will not encounter problem connecting to SMART NETWORK, but as you use your internet, you will notice that you cannot connect to any site that you want to visit.
Now, as you look into your connection, you will see that your PC is connected to SMART Network No. 57 or 58, etc. etc…. BUT Smart Network to Internet is NOT CONNECTED……
And the worst thing is your time is running…… MEANING YOUR LOAD IS BEING CONSUME EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET…..
MAIINIS LANG KAYO……
SO THINK TWICE IN GETTING THE SERVICES OF SMART BRO PREPAID….

if my signal sa location ng UMTS(3.5G) its better to use globe visibilty. in fairness parang connected u ng wired DSL ang speed and fast download tska very minimal lang ang disconection. but kung ang location mu is walang 3g (gprs/edge/gsm) gamit k nlang ng smart bro mas mabilis ng konti sa globe visibility…. but take the risk having problems gaya ng sabi ni….

I bought a Globe Visibility Prepaid Kit and it sucks. The computer says that the signal strength is good and that the speed is 3.6 Mbps however, not even a single website open. Neither can I open my YM. On the other hand, SmartBRO performed quite well.
September 2nd, 2008 at 4:18 am
You may use your 3g phone if you wish to avail of the smartbro prepaid, dont buy the unit if you already have a 3g phone. just buy a sim card or if you are using a prepaid sim well you don’t have to buy that simcard at all.

to dong diamante,
howto set up my 3g phone avail smartbro?
thanx!
September 10th, 2008 at 9:12 am
actually globe visibility prepaid is cheaper now at 2,500 for the device. i used to be a smartbro user and sad to say…it sucks! even their customer support sucks!
also in our office most of our sales people are on visibility and so far there has been no complaints from them.
September 10th, 2008 at 9:18 am
@krizzie - I’ve been hearing consistently that Globe Visibility is indeed better than Smart Bro. Now I’m starting to seriously consider of getting one perhaps next month.
September 10th, 2008 at 12:25 pm
I am still thinking if Globe Visibility or SmartBro ang bibilhin ko…
As advised by CYNETAddict, it depends on your location daw…
Does anyone here have friends who stay in Better Living Paranaque and who are using one of these gadgets? Maybe you can share their opinion or experiences with both brands so I can compare before I purchase.
Baka kasi mahina ang signal ng visibility sa may Better Living or vis versa. Thanks!

GLOBE VISIBILITY SUCKS!!! its horrible! its so expensive… i live in qc and i always have difficulty on getting appropriate signal… its so horrible.. one time i was having presentation with my client.. and it sudenly cuts me off from the connection! i was so embarassed to my big tym clients… how could GLOBE be so horrible than this? f***ck u GLOBE TELECOM! sh*t u are a big junk pile of metal! eat my ash! The Smart Bro Prepaid Kit modem sucks at times (most of the time actually). It disconnects like every 15 minutes!
September 22nd, 2008 at 10:57 am
that’s normal especialy that these products are using wireless broadband..hehe, the big/main advantage is mobility thats all!! so expect the frequent connection loss..cheap or expensive mobile broadband are generally have same performance!! so go with the cheaper!!!
September 24th, 2008 at 11:05 am
(I’m sorry, my comment will not answer the question whether which internet telecomm company is better. This is just my reaction to some comments made above.)
I don’t know why some people complain.
Why in the first place do you buy wireless internet? For mobility and convenience, right? Anything thats mobile and depends on waves to transmit isnt secure, they are vulnerable to a number of things.
You guys should know that wireless internet depends on electromagnetic waves that are transmitted to and fro the atmosphere. Because of this, the speed and rate of the transfer will be affected by atmospheric disturbances which will definitely affect signal strength. Then there is also the usage traffic conditions. If more people in your place uses the same broadband brand, then you will be competing with these people for signal. There is also your location, the infrastructure around you that can affect the transmission of signal to where you are, etc blah blah. There are a lot more to the list, but lets try not to get technical about it.
So, if you want a dependable and an unshakable internet connection, wireless isn’t for you. If your life depends on your internet connection, don’t bet on wireless.

Smart Bro sucks…
Mas mganda ang GLOBE… hina ng signal ng Smart, bagal talalag.. kakainis.. thats why, i shifted from Smart to Globe…
Ganda ng Globe, mabilis esp. HSDPA or #G… la talaga kwenta SMART..
September 25th, 2008 at 11:24 pm
I have been using Globe Visibility for 1 yr and 3 months, what a disappointing service. Very slow, very spotty, very moddy connection. Sometimes it is workinng… most of times I am below 1kbps (1000 bps). Wow my dial up is faster than Globe Visibility and I am paying 2000.oo php per month…..
Please don’t subscribe to Globe.
I have called their tech support and wow they seem to not know their product. I claimed for refund and they told me that I have to call another department to do that… what a bureaucratic system they have. Are they using 8080 computer? Or they are just so inefficient?
Then I asked what could be the problem and they told me that field support will check……… for how long?????????? I reported a complain two months back and I don’t have any updates yet…. I even called them almost every week and no update. What a very irresponsible company. They only need my money…not what I am paying for.
I ask if I can disconnect my service because they don’t meet our contract speed anyway. And they told me …NO……….. Why? Because they need your money……
So bottom line, don’t ever ever ever even think of getting this product nor Globe products. They just don’t care about their customers. What they care is only money….

im from quezon. 2 weeks ago i bought globe visibility prepaid kit(for my laptop) for 3,800 the agent said its discounted bcoz the original price was 4,200. but after a week later it depreciated to 2,500 now, grrr…. and the most worse is my connection here in quezon is always GPRS only. which cannot access to any site. i remember i only open 4 webpages and my 20pesos is totally consumed.
i suggest everyone to wait until globe fix this problem. and i think the kit will depreciate to 1,500 before the end of this year. sayang ang pera ninyo.mag-rent na lang muna kayo.
October 7th, 2008 at 5:08 pm
I’m using Globe Visibility. It’s ok in some places.. Like Makati.. I only get GPRS and EDGE in Baclaran, Paranaque(where I live). In Makati, I can get up to 100++Mbps.. But it changes agad.. In Makati it’s usually EGDE and HSDPA.. That’s near Makro.. I haven’t tried at Ayala Ave yet..
October 8th, 2008 at 2:00 pm
While I haven’t tried Globe’s product, from the promotions, Smart appears in the darkages. Globe offers upto 1.8 Mbps while Smart offers upto 384 Kbps (although they are saying they are upgrading their service to 1.2 Mbps). A rule of thumb when speed searching: expect to get a little less than 1/3 the published speeds when using mobile broadband (i.e. below 128 Kbps for Smart and 600 Kbps for Globe).
Nowadays, a net speed of above 512 Kbps is good enough for me.

@Marla A. - wow nmn eng’ring level na too.. but the comsumer used notebook to expend time of his/her free time for 6 hours on schools. its not applicable to used wire as a medium.! im using smart bro prepaid for 3 week and it kind of suck. parang dial na rin mabilis lang na konte.! but i had no choice., cause im only renting here at paseo laguna.! sabi ni Marla A. defend sa location(pwdng mapuno o obstacle na pwdng makaaffect sa signal) malakas nga signal mo ma-noise nmn and also competing with other user.. for desktop user it better to use wire as a medium of u’r internet, and for notebook try to find info of what signal is better on u’r area or choose cheaper…
October 14th, 2008 at 12:47 pm
smartbro is better than globe…. because globe doesn’t work with a microsoft vista…. unlike smartbro it works better than globe visibility…!
October 14th, 2008 at 12:50 pm
I inquired from the globe office if the globe visibility will work to microsoft vista, and it says that the globe visibility it doesn’t work to a microsoft vista… it only works on microsoft XP.. so when i inquired to smart office… No problems with any system…
October 15th, 2008 at 4:08 pm
Anybody here who is saying that globe visibility does not work with vista os is either ignorant of the product or simply trying to make globe visibility looks annoying. my os is vista premium and i have been using globle visibility for more than 6 months now and it runs effectively and conveniently. I am strongly recommending globe for anyone looking for the best return of wireless internet broadband and no other.
October 16th, 2008 at 4:11 am
will Globe Visibility work on a Desktop Cmputer? cause i’d rather have that as oppose to having wired connection.. and im more comfy with prepaid internet than those post paid.. but smart bro is just expensive compared to globe’s..
please email me if you know it does work on desktop.. redflagr@yahoo.com

Guys n Gals,
Make sure its not the Internet browser that is causing your slow performance ng web browsing nyo. You can go to 2wire.net then click on “SPEED METER” to see your true internet speed. Now if its above 1Mb, then its ok. The problem might probably your broswer(Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox/etc.). Resetting your browser might do the trick. If not, try other option like virus scanning.
Hope this helps for some.
October 18th, 2008 at 2:05 pm
The best explanation i’ve ever read in this page. Whether globe or smart there are some things to consider like your location, your budget and of course your computer. Before ranting please take note that there are so many cases the user is very ignorant. Check first your computer settings (don’t rely on customer service or tech support of both parties, try to contact a professional one), if your computer is ok then check your location. If you have a 3G phone you can verify it there on what signal is very stable on in your place. Then its all up to you.
October 18th, 2008 at 11:04 pm
I just bought my smart bro prepaid kit. at first I couldn’t enter any website, not even smart’s! called the customer service for trouble shooting guide. then I noticed that my sim wasn’t inserted properly. it did not lock inside the modem. when I reinserted my sim, yun na! i’m already able to surf. but I think I got need to have my modem replaced. the sim keep popping out. maluwag ang lock. yun lang naman but connection wise ok naman so far.
October 19th, 2008 at 11:01 am
Globe rock!!!! SMART SUCKS!!!
October 20th, 2008 at 9:26 am
@ts - I’ve also been a globe visibility subscriber for a year and I would say the I get nowhere near half of the 1.8 Mbps speed they advertise. It’s really slow and not worth the price. Can’t watch online videos and can’t listen to online music at all! Now it’s worse, the 3G connection gets cut off once it’s noon and I have no choice but to switch to GPRS/EDGE. This started when they started offering prepaid connection. They want more subscribers but they didn’t upgrade their service to sustain the additional subscribers. They’re just after more money and that’s it. Something should be done about the lock-up period. Why should there be a lock-up period anyway? They didn’t give away free stuff that they have the right to lock it up for a year. There’s absolutely nothing in it for the consumer.
October 21st, 2008 at 8:51 pm
to all users of smart!! please change your con. int other beacause smart is bad……… super…. lag……. dont use your money is in bad hand when you use smart bro con. hahahahahahahaahhahh change now before its too late.

i have nokia 6630 with globe, nokia 6233 with talk and text, nokia e61i with smart. in my experience, the globe doesn’t work so well with the internet thing.
at home, i have pldt broadband and at the office i have bayantel broadband. i have toshiba satellite laptop. asus eee pc laptop. etc. meaning i am an internet freak.
GLOBE never worked so well with my units. SMART also pisses me off but to a lesser extent. The lesser of the evil is SMART. but if you want to have a hard core net. wire with PLDT or BAYANTEL. i stopped subscription of out GLOBE DSL cause it sucks greater than PLDT.
and by the way. the VISIBILITY and SMART modems are only 2500 PHP
October 22nd, 2008 at 6:55 pm
today i loaded may nokia e 61i with globe sim. texted TIME to 1111. then a txt from globe came with configuration. i configured my nokia as well as my PC SUITE 7.0 version. AND YOUTUBE ON MY ASUS EEE PC USING MY NOKIA E 61i WITH GLOBE. THE KBPS IS SMOOTH FROM 300 TO 400 kbps ON MY NETMETER. it is far smoother than SMART. GO GLOBE!!!!!
October 23rd, 2008 at 9:12 am
Why don’t you try the 2 kits and test and compare their individual performances at 3G hotspots? When it comes to wireless carriers/devices, their connection speeds are dependent on their respective net access points, like ISPs, routers, gateways, etc. In the case of both kits, they are dependent on the cellsites of the telco that are serving as data access points and likewise their speeds are dependent on the capability of those sites. If a site offers 3G (UMTS)or better, then you can be locked-up at max speeds (but not the max speed that they advertise). However, if these sites only offer GPRS, EDGE, or “basic cellsite”, then u can just get medium to minimum data speed using any of the kit or any HSDPA mobile phone (w/ smart and globe SIM pack).
The 2 devices (globe and smart prepaid kits) are not the problem because they have been designed as HSDPA (Hi-speed Data Packet Access). The problem lies on the cellsite that is serving your data access… Ask any of the 2 providers to upgrade their cellsite to 3G and or beyond to serve the prpose if these are not 3G capable yet….
Happy computing….
October 24th, 2008 at 12:39 pm
why not try sun broadband? however it is only available in NCR…. their postpaid plans are cheaper… but choosing between smart or globe? it really depends in your area….
October 25th, 2008 at 11:21 am
Speed would be dependent on the place you are in and with the signal each device gets. Base on experiment, given both visibility and smart bro with same 3.5G signal, Globe visibility works much faster.
October 25th, 2008 at 11:26 am
Globe visibility works both for Vista and XP. But i recommend running it in XP OS since it works much faster
October 26th, 2008 at 8:05 pm

________________________
If you are with *big time* clients and having a presentation, it is sheer stupidity to use such an unreliable connection. Even if it’s smart bro or visibility, you DON’T use wireless connection when it is of utmost importance. You’re better off using a prepaid ISP card rather than a connection that a cloud cover can sever.

Before I use Smartbro Prepaid Kit..

some say GLOBE works with VISTA. i haven’t made my GLOBE work with my VISTA. i do not know if it really works with VISTA. my SMART works with may VISTA. GLOBE only works with my XP. so far in paranaque, SMART almost always disconnects. that is why i am pushed to use my XP with GLOBE.
October 28th, 2008 at 3:05 am
I have dual-boot laptop (Vista and XP), ZTE MF620 USB Modem.
With VISTA
3G/UMTS - frequent disconnection. Sometimes I’m only connected for around 5 minutes before getting disconnected.
EDGE/GPRS - stable connection but can’t go 24/7. Gets disconnected around 3:00 AM (actual time varies).
With XP
3G/UMTS - less frequent disconnection than when runninng in vista
EDGE/GPRS - stable connection, but again gets disconnected around 3:00 AM.
The first month I bought my kit, the connection was stable. But from the 2nd month to this day what I wrote above is true. Perhaps it has something to do with the modem (ZTE MF620) and its compatibility with the operating systems (Vista and XP). I got an updated modem driver through Windows Update, but I didn’t see any improvement.
Now the original post is about Smart Bro or Visibility so why am I posting my observation about PLDT Weroam here? Because both use Smart cellsites. Both are powered by Smart sims. Even the original USB modem of Smart Bro prepaid (ZTE MF622, I think) is sort of a slightly younger brother of Weroam’s ZTE MF620. And they behave the same based on my neighbors account (they have Smart Bro Prepaid with ZTE MF622 modem).
So I suggest, whether you decide to go with Smart or Globe, you select a USB modem of a brand other than ZTE. It’s not a guarantee that the other brand modems will work better than ZTE, but it’s worth a try.
I’m sticking with PLDT Weroam Prepaid for now because I pay 1120 pesos for 30 days worth of load and it’s unlimited. With the current Smart Bro or Visibility rate, my 1120 pesos would just give me 56 hours of internet connection and I definitely use at least double that number of hours every month. So in the end I actually saved money with PLDT Weroam. It depends on how much time you spend online every month. If you spend more than 56 hours per month, go with Weroam. The same poor 3G/UMTS quality as Smart Bro, but you’ll effectively be paying less.
If the Globe Visibility Kit goes down to less than 2,000 pesos, I think I’ll try it. For now, I’m sticking with Weroam.

EVERYONE READ THIS. If you’re looking for the best mobile internet, then it will be depending on the location you would be. In reality GLOBE is far better than SMART because it offers HSDPA and SMART only offers 3G. Although I’m not saying that you should choose GLOBE right away because some areas of the Philippines don’t have HSDPA frequencies and so thus 3G. Ask first to your dealer(GLOBE/SMART) of your mobile internet if it supports HSDPA or 3G to your location or to the location that you’re going to use that mobile internet. If it doesn’t support HSDPA or 3G don’t consider buying because you will not get the speed that you want and worse you’re just getting the speed of GPRS. If it supports HSDPA in your location you can consider going to GLOBE because it supports HSDPA with a max speed of 1.8Mbps(1800 kbps) and average speed of 400-700 Kbps compare to 3G with a max speed of 384Kbps and average speed of 150-250Kbps. If it only supports 3G in your location then you can make a choice whether if you want to use GLOBE or SMART. But I’ve read a lot of negative comments to SMART because it is unreliable and it always disconnect when surfing the net especially during peak hours. Use SMART only if GLOBE has no HSDPA or 3G frequency on your location. Check out this quick tip for Globe Visibility Subscribers which I’ve found at the site of GLOBE. This tip is only applicable to Globe Visibility Subscribers.
Globe’s Quick Tip for Faster Access:
-LOCK to 3G/UMTS/WCDMA ONLY
When in a 3G/HSDPA area, lock your Visibility Modem to 3G so that should you be nearer to a 2G site, your modem is still focused on getting 3G/HSDPA signal.
- Choose 3G PREFERRED when On The Move
When on the move, choose 3G/UMTS/WCDMA Preferred so that you get the best signal possible at wherever you are. When 3G/HSDPA is available, you will be able to connect using that speed. Otherwise, you will be able to connect using the next best thing EGDE or GPRS.
- Connect using Wi-Fi and enjoy faster speeds!
Visit over 722 WIZ Wi-Fi Hotspots and enjoy speeds starting at 512 Kbps! If you’re a Visibility Postpaid Plan subscriber, you can use the free WIZ Wi-Fi hours that come with the plan!
- Surfing on the Internet High-Way
In the Internet High-way, there may just be you or millions of people surfing at the same time. The more surfers there are, the more traffic is created in the network and at the websites visited, which may lead to a slower connection or for the website to even be temporarily unavailable. This is usually experienced in online gaming sites, popular blogs and Internet radio. We encourage you to access these sites during off-peak hours.*
*Note however that this problem is independent of your Internet connection/ Globe Visibility Service.
MY ADDITIONAL TIP FOR FASTER ACCESS:
*Note this tip is for experienced users only or has a deep knowledge of computers.
- You can try using Mozilla Firefox 3 as your default web browser because it is much faster and secure than Internet Explorer 8 and above all it is free. Just download and install Mozilla Firefox 3 to your Desctop PC or Laptop.
- Be sure your firewall doesn’t cause a lot of internet traffic. Try downloading GHOSTWALL at http://www.ghostsecurity.com it is fast and it uses small amounts of resources and it is also free but be sure to turn off or uninstall your other firewall so that it will not have any conflict.
- Be sure you don’t have any virus or spyware on your PC that is causing you not to access any site or slowing down your access. Try installing antivirus software such as Norton or Kaspersky or you could try the free version of AVG antivirus.
Hope my suggestions will work. I am an IT graduate that’s why I know a lot of this kind of stuffs. Don’t be so naïve of people saying that GLOBE sucks because in fact, GLOBE has more stocks and stockholders compare to SMART. It is partly owned by the Asia’s biggest telecom of Singapore. GLOBE also funded P2.5 Billion in its participation in an international submarine cable project, linking the Philippines to Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. You can read the article at

I agree! Sakit ng ulo ng Smart Bro Prepaid. I am located at Project 8 near AMA University and yet the connection sucks! I just wonder, the 3G signal is up to 3 bars (there are 5) and yet I am constantly and consistently disconnected and reconnected for a few minutes (then disconnected again). Smart should do something with their service ‘coz many of my friends who use Smart Bro Prepaid are now thinking of shifting to Globe Visibility. Ako, I’ve decided. Anyone who’s interested to buy my Smart Bro Prepaid device? I bought it for P3,800 last month and I’m selling it for P2,800. I’m gonna purchase Globe Visibility tomorrow…

- THE KING,
Wow naman, but mo naman sinabi yun… I’m also an IT expert and I also know that and all of your infos are correct.

Hi, I’m here in Manila. When you’re using Globe Visibility, change the network type to WCDMA ONLY. Pagkatapos nun mas mabilis na sya sa Smart Bro Prepaid. May Smart Bro Prepaid rin kasi ako e. Engk!!!

globe visibility broadband is technically better than any wireless competitor in the market, globe is one step ahead than the competitor “S” obviously because globe offers HSDPA or 3.5 G depending on your location, its cheaper, its handy and its capable of sending txt messages while browsing, it can also be inserted with micro sd memory card that allows you to save files upto 2gb.

NAKU WAG NA KAYO BIBILI NG VISIBILITY. MAYAYAMOT LANG KAYO. NASA TAAS NA AKO NG BLDG TAPOS NAKALAGAY NGA SA MOBILE INTERNET CONNECTION HSDPA ASUS NAUBOS LANG ANG LOAD KO SA BAGAL. IMAGINE NAKA LAGAY SA MANUAL NA KAPAG HDSPA 400-700 KPBS ANG AVERAGE SPEED. ASUS HINDI NAMAN TOTOO, MABAGAL PA SA CONNECTION NG DIAL-UP. WAG NA KAYONG PAUTO SA GLOBE VISIBILITY. AT ONE MORE THING, ANG MGA CUSTOMER SERVICE KALA MO MABAIT, SABI TATAWAGAN KA NG GANITO, MAGHINTAY KA SA TAMBOL MAYON WALA TATAWAG SA IYO. KAHIT SINABI MO NA YUNG COMPLAINTS MO DI PALA NILALAGAY YUNG MGA SINASABI MO. KAYA KUNG AKO SA INYO, WAG NG PAUTO SA GLOBE VISIBILITY. BASED SA DISCUSSION DITO, BAKA MAG SMART NA LANG AKO. KAYA MAGISIP ISIP KAYO, SA PAGBILI NG VISIBILITY NG GLOBE.
