Upon reading on Philippine Commentary about John Silva discussing the proposed Anti-Obscenity and Pornography Bill when he substituted for Manolo Quezon on his show The Explainer, I quickly visited the Philippine Senate’s website to get a copy of the Senate Bill 2464 but for reasons not yet known, their website is down.

Just to make sure, I re-checked using downforeveryoneorjustme.com and yes, the Senate’s website is still down as of this writing.

Pray that the downtime is intended for site upgrades or maintenance or otherwise, many would come to think that someone opposed to the bill is really making their opposition felt.
