i totally agree with you. I am a currently teaching in DLSU-D

and frankly, i am at a loss on how else I can help, especially

since I was born and bred in Bukidnon.

I keep harping about this issue in my class but save for a few

"mulat sa katotohanan" students, I'm just really doing a monologue.

I agree with you regarding the struggles of this people but the question here is who is behind this?! this shows that Carp law is a failure and should not be extended.
