Tired with their service i transfer to globelines my the worst... the agents in smart bro i can still forgive them for their efforts to help their consumers, my with globe their agents are the most stupid agents i'd encounter, all their lines were scripted. And their system sa payment putang ina sobra sa kadupangan, they won't inform their client of their action, basta na lang mag puputol without informing their clients first, they don't protect their client's na nagpapasweldo sa kanila. Can any power out there help me out of this predicament? In the Information Age, how can I live without a phone-- a land line? Who can help? Can NTC help?
