I started using globe broadband last year (2010) but I still have to experience a stable connection (24 hours). Reasons given by the subcon vary from on-going repair, tracing, head-scratching to even blaming the cabinet of the condo unit. Had the modem replaced twice and gave “tips” to the subcon to do a serious job but same result – frustrating! Im contemplaing of not paying my bills for good. Anyway, they can check their records and see that I’ve been complaining every single day without a single centavo rebate! Globe broadband really sucks!
