The De La Salle Brothers in the Philippines have once more stepped up to the plate and made a stand on the upcoming 2010 automated elections. They have voiced their concerns via an open letter to the COMELEC which was published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer last April 8, 2010. I’m publishing, the full text of the said open letter:
